Clare! I will never forget the rotten pain I was in before I went to you! I appreciate that you gave me a path forward. I was a total mess from sitting so much while narrating with horrible back pain. I have done ridiculous things in the past year that should have wrecked my back but because of the work I did with you I have been able to develop so much more strength and mobility – without pain!
